[記憶の中のセーター 2015]
秋冬の代表作・手作業の染と箔押しを施すアランセーター。デザイナー自身の手で加工を施す古着の一点物のリメイクシリーズです。
ヴィンテージニットの買付けから始め、サイズを編み直したり手入れをした後、一点一点に染めとプリントを施しています。着れば着る程にその人の身体と着ぐせに箔が馴染み、味わいが出てきます。その変化を年月と共に楽しみながらあなたの手で自分のものにしてほしい作品です。
今季はデザイナー自身がアランニット発祥の地・アラン諸島へ赴いた体験を元に制作されました。 過酷な冬のアラン諸島で見た自然の光景を、異なる染めを重ねることにより表現しています。
見る角度によって、一つのニットの中に色が幾重にも見えてきます。無垢なホワイトのアランニットがYUKI FUJISAWAの手を経て、東京で生まれ変わりました。

[Sweater in the memory 2015-16AW]
It’s one of the remake series in AW with second-hands sweaters, which the designer re-creates those sweaters into the one of a kind items.
She starts by buying vintage Aran knits, mend holes, re-knits, dyes, and prints them all by hand.
As time goes by, you may could feel changes of the foil on the sweater.
Changes will make wrinkles on the foil as one wears sweater since the time makes those to adapt to part of the sweater.
The changes of the foil makes the sweater into the one’s special and one of a kind.
For this season, designer creates the new serise based on her experience in Aran Island, origin of the Aran Knit.
The landscape of the island during winter season have inspired her to express it on the knit, by dyeing with different colors and materials.
Taking a look of knit from different angles, you may see the layers of colors in the knit.
Pure white Aran Knit will rebirth in Tokyo by the YUKI FUJISAWA.
